1. Why is my customer offered only 3, 6, or 9 months instead of 12 months?
Atome determines the available instalment tenure based on its own assessment. Different customers may receive different instalment options.
2. Can Alfawise request Atome to increase the instalment period?
No. Alfawise has no access to or influence over Atome’s approval process.
3. What if the customer is not approved?
The customer may choose another available payment method, such as Credit/Debit Card or contact Atome Customer Support for enquiries regarding their Atome account.
