Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 until 30 September 2026, or while promotional stocks last, whichever comes first.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers purchasing through Alfawise Singapore only during the promotion period.

3. Qualifying Tiers & Rewards

• 500PV of Eterna in a single invoice entitles the customer to one (1) FREE box of Spark Cocoa.
• 1,000PV of Eterna in a single invoice entitles the customer to three (3) FREE boxes of Spark Cocoa.
• Rewards are cumulative based on the qualifying Eterna PV purchased in a single invoice. For example:
  • 1,500PV = 4 boxes
  • 2,000PV = 6 boxes
• Only PV from Eterna purchases through the Mix & Match Bundle will be counted towards the qualifying tier. PV from other products cannot be combined.
• Splitting purchases across multiple invoices or combining separate invoices to meet the qualifying PV threshold is not allowed.
  
  

4. Reward Redemption & Availability

• Complimentary Spark Cocoa must be redeemed at the point of purchase.
• All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products.
• Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative item of similar value in the event of unforeseen stock shortages.
  
  

5. General Amendments & Rights

• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or vary any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion, mechanics, or reward eligibility, the decision of the Company management shall be final and binding.
